[tlbuild] gregorio problem

Hi AKira,

could you please look into 
https://github.com/gregorio-project/gregorio/issues/908
where I report a problem compiling on Debian/unstable due to an
undefined
	FILENAME_VERSION
in 
	texk/gregorio/config_.h.in

The error is:

Elie mentioned on the github issue that it might have something to do
