The reason is that Max has developed some lua code that checks for
changes in the ls-R files, and if they happen, the updates *SHOULD*
be triggered automatically.

Now, why that doesn't happen, I don't know, because when I tried it
it did happen. But I never tried it in that order.

Does it work when doing:
- install scheme-infraonly
- install scheme-context
up to here you say it doesn't work
Then
- install whatever other package, or remove some context package
After that the whole machinery should be triggered and cache and
formats be updated for lmtx/luatex.
